We went to Theisens to get several things, one of them being a water tank and water lines we needed to replace. By the time we got to the plumbing section it was getting close to closing time so i was getting worried we wouldn't have time to find all the parts we needed. Ed from the farm & home improvement department was able to help us find the correct sizes of fittings and made sure we did not feel rushed. He called up to the front and told the staff there that he had customers in plumbing but that we were almost done and he'd send us up shortly. When we got there they had another customer service person ready to help us load our tanks & parts in the truck. It was a great experience and we appreciated all the help!

The service was great but the lack of masks from both customers and employees was incredibly disappointing! It would have been a perfect score if masks were worn more frequently
