Our waiter was the best! Gave excellent customer service! Those are hard to come by now days. Take care of him, he is a keeper. I have been a manager for many years in food service and convenience stores. You know a good one when you see one.

It's been a couple of years since I dined at this Texas Roadhouse. At that time it wasn't up to the standards like the Texas Roadhouse in Cedar Falls but tonight it was absolutely phenomenal. Q was a fabulous bartender and server and for having a full house the kitchen was on its game on cooking a marvelous and one of the best porterhouse steaks I've had in a long time.

The only complaint that I had was that it was over an hour wait to get a table. However, the server was very efficient, and the food came fairly quickly after we ordered. We went at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday, so I'm not sure why it was so crazy busy. All Things Considered, we had great food and great service.

We came in to this Texas Roadhouse on 1/15. We didn’t have to wait which was so nice, but our hostess that sat us was so rude. Brunette, shorter, and really young looking. We only asked if we could have the open booth instead of sitting in one of the middle isle tables right next to tons of other people. When we asked politely, she made a face at my mom plain as day for everyone to see and then told us that all of the servers were on their break? She then turned around and started talking to one of the servers about us, also plain as day. I was a server for 5 years, I know these types of looks/conversations. When I saw this happening, I politely reassured her that we weren’t trying to be difficult, just asking a question. She didn’t say anything. Really disappointing because our server was excellent, attentive, and got over a 20% tip from us. I know the world is short staffed, but it just doesn’t feel good to just ask a simple question, be talked about, and then see another family get seated where you asked to be seated 30 seconds later.
