We bought our house from Navigate Homes in Iowa City and we love the house. Their build quality has been pretty great, and as it is a new house there are issues, but Navigate is quick to get them fixed and happy to do so. Would definitely buy another house built by Navigate!

Navigate homes built our dream retirement home, and did an incredible job. From the moment we met Joe Hughes and his entire team, the process was seamless. Nate was especially great to work thru the entire building process. He was so patient and helpful with all the decisions we had to make! We’ve been in our home for over a year, and have had zero problems. Navigate built us a beautiful, well built home!
