Boy oh boy, first time in this gallery. Loved it. Wide variety of articles to view and purchase. Lots of artists. Really enjoyed myself. I am making a list for gifts and maybe something for myself. Highly recommend a visit.

I really enjoyed my visit to this establishment. The store is big and has a wide arrange of goods in a variety of media and a variety of price points. I found a piece of pottery that I liked but had a few questions about it. I asked, semi-seriously, if they could call the artist who produced it to have my questions answered. Guess what- they called- and the questions were answered. One of the staff persons spent a great deal of time with me helping me decide which piece to buy. Other stores could take a lesson from the quality of customer service that this store provides. I am so glad that I took the time to visit this store and will return the next time I am in Iowas City.

Iowa Artisan Gallery is a destination you'll want to visit again and again. There are beautiful home furnishing items and wonderful gifts all from local artists. It's not just a store where you go to buy things but also like an art gallery or museum where you can go for inspiration. The owners and staff are always friendly and attentive.
