After several failed attempts at other bike shops, I was lucky enough to get the fat bike of my dreams at World of Bikes. I live 2.5 hours away so it was a haul, but well worth it! The owner, Ryan helped me every step of the way. He helped me make decisions, kept me informed about delivery times and answered all of my questions before and after my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the shop. The staff was friendly and inviting. Ryan walked me through maintenance, warranty's and continued to help answer my questions. Even though Its a haul, I will be a lifelong customer of World of Bikes. This bike shop is really one of the best.

Excellent customer service. I took my bike in for help with sizing. They attached my bike up to a trainer and watched me ride to see where I might need some fine-tuning. Ended up getting a shorter stem which helped my posture significantly. They went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be going back for any needs in the future.

I went in to get a new helmet and lock. Kyra(sp?) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right size of helmet and the right lock for my needs. I will come back in the future for my biking needs.
